GlambyAileen Ventures was founded with a singular mission: to transform the way people experience fashion. What began as a small tailoring studio in Lagos has evolved into a full-service fashion house that serves clients across the globe — from bespoke bridal gowns to corporate wardrobe solutions, from fashion workshops to international brand consultancy.
Our founder, Aileen, grew up surrounded by the vibrant textiles and rich sartorial traditions of West Africa. She trained at prestigious fashion institutions in Europe before returning home to create a brand that bridges worlds: combining African artistry with international couture standards, traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design innovation.
