Products labeled as “Virtual Personal Shopper” or any custom deliverable require you to provide accurate measurements, inspiration photos, and other requested information. Delivery timelines begin only after we receive complete and accurate information from you.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD), Euros, and Nigerian Naira (₦) . Your payment method will be charged in the currency selected at checkout.

3.2 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including VAT, sales tax, or other levies imposed by your local jurisdiction. For customers in Nigeria, VAT (7.5%) will be added at checkout where required by law.

3.3 Payment Methods

Delivery occurs via email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your product within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact info@glambyaileen.com.

4.2 Custom Delivery Products

The Virtual Personal Shopper Kit is delivered within 5 business days of receiving complete and accurate information from you (measurements, inspiration photos, and any additional requested details).

4.3 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading a product, contact us at info@glambyaileen.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement download link or alternative access method.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

5.2 Limited Exception

If a digital product is materially defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing content that was advertised), we will replace the product at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

5.3 Custom Services Cancellation

For Virtual Personal Shopper Kit: If you cancel before we have begun work on your custom deliverable, you may receive a 50% refund. Once work has commenced (within 24 hours of receiving your complete information), no refund is available.

5.4 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve your issue with us, we reserve the right to terminate your access to all purchased products and pursue collection of the original charge plus any associated fees.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

  • Upload our products to publicly accessible websites, file-sharing platforms, or AI training datasets

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of our tech packs or templates beyond the intended customization (e.g., Canla template editing)

  • Remove our copyright or trademark notices from any product

6.4 Commercial License (Where Specified)

Products labeled with a “Commercial License” (e.g., Tech Pack Bundle) allow you to:

  • Produce up to the stated number of units (e.g., 500 units per design) for sale

  • Use the template within one company or brand only

6.5 Trademarks

“GlambyAileen,” the GlambyAileen logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GlambyAileen Ventures. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7.2 User-Generated Content

When you submit photos, measurements, reviews, or other content to our Site or Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content to provide our Services to you and for marketing purposes (with your identifying information removed unless you provide explicit consent).
